All contractual obligations have been fulfilled between Mr. Pelli and CW Custom Builders, LLC.
CW continues to provide the Pelli's with service calls to their home.
Better Business Bureau of NYS Mr. Pelli submitted a claim to the BBB of NYS, which CW received on the exact same day as his 60 warranty punch list. CW reviewed his submitted punch list and immediately scheduled an appointment with Mr. Pelli. CW also responded to the BBB letter, which included items that were submitted on his 60 day punch list. BBB did not find any claim for Mr. Pelli and dropped the claim.
BBB's investigation dropped.
New York State Attorney General Mr. Pelli also contacted the Attorney General of NYS on the same day as the BBB. CW received a letter from the AG's office, which subsequently stated exactly what his 60 day warranty form included. CW responded to the AG's letter and the claim was dropped.
